im worried abt batch 06/07 suddenly.

oac standards.initiative.efficiency.leadership.strong mental strength.

hope they can be mentally stronger.

can't wait to c my juniors grow up :) !!!!

mugging is tough.becos i cant conc.darn.

i miss 72km.hahaha.it was damn fun.blisters n blisters."left,right,left,right,left,right,left.. left,right,left.." lol. 7km per hour.hahaha.i will nv forget tt.carrying yl on my back n run up e slope.fun.nv tot i'll do tt.n yes yl still owe me e ice cream.i'll nv forget gew leavin e last top square lash for me to tie for e bacon tower.nv forget hw paranoid i was."ahhh e tower is fallin".nv forget how pretty e tower was.good plannin gew.nv forget how cold it was on rinjani.nv forget my tent mate yl.

hahaha after a long time, i finally blog again..

in e mist of my trigonometry revision, i decided to blog..

junecamp is over, though my juniors failed pretty badly in all aspects of oac.. at least they know their team mates better. i reali hope they continue to learn e standards n skills of oac so tt these knowledge wil nt b lost startin frm my batch.

e rest said tt they failed as instructors. i felt tt we passed. at least an AO pass. i failed to fight for more cc sessions to train dem well in all their skills. however, juniors nv bring back wad they learned.. durin junecamp.. it was like a totally new cc session for dem. dey forgot all e tactics n skills. sigh. hope they rmbr wad they learned durin e camp..

juniors, any prob consult ur frens n finally us. make sure u pass down wad u learned down e nxt generations.

i like e juniors. felt sad tt they cant even finish a tripod (they did a tripod w only 2 reinforcements). felt sad tt dey cant even pass sea xp. felt sad tt dey let pain get e better of dem n stop 72km.

gals.. claud, cherlyn, joowen, royce.. its time tt u gals view urselves as tough.
it is easy to carry a kayak alone if u tink tt it is NOT TOUGH.
it is easy to run 1 min 45 s round the track if u tell urself DON'T SLOW DOWN.
it is easy to shout out loud & instruct if u tink tt YOU ARE RIGHT.
gals in oac rocks. so rmbr tt u're stronger den u tink. mentally & physically.

guys.. e main thin u guys nd to learn is to b SERIOUS. Stay FOCUS. Don't STRAY. As long as u've a duty, do it well. Never forget that if u slack, someone else will do more of ur job. Be responsible. You don't nd ur Sergeants in army to teach you how to be mature. Mature now.

batch 06/07, its time to be stronger. mentally & physically.

never give up unless ur health is at risk. blisters & abrasions r absolutely NOTHING.
