today titan's trainin is nt as tough as b4. solo run for 5km w backpack. seniors were timin our personal best time for e run. came in 40:09. to me is nt bad lo. cos in gp run 42-45 mins.. my aim was 39 mins. hopefully i can run 30mins w/o backpack.
